Q: WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
A: YANDOODLESTUFF is based in Singapore!
A: Every product goes through a quality check. Minor imperfection products do not pass the quality check but are still FULLY USABLE.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE MY MAIL BUT IT'S MISSING SOMETHING I ORDERED?

SHIPPING
1. WHERE DOES YANDOODLESTUFF SHIP TO?
We ship to all countries except for countries with suspended shipping.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS
For local and international orders, we offer both Tracked and Untracked options.
Do select the correct mailing option accordingly to your preference and description on the shipping page when checking out. Any discrepancies will cause a delay in your order.
We are not liable for lost mail/package if you have chosen untracked mailing options.

3. HANDLING TIME
Orders will be processed within 5 working days, unless otherwise mentioned.
Order drop offs at the post office will take no longer than 7 days from your order, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping time is varied and we cannot give an exact date on when your order will arrive as it is dependent on many external factors out of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not responsible for any local import duties and taxes applicable in your country, if any. Any local import duties and taxes will have to be paid by you.
As it varies with each country, we cannot advise further on this issue.
5. CHANGE OF SHIPPING LOCATION
As long as we have not shipped out your order, we are able to make the necessary changes for you. Do drop us a message using the contact form OR dm us on Instagram.
However, in the event that the order has been shipped out, we are not able to make any more changes.
